Terms of Service

Last updated: 28/10/2026

1. The service

Pulse Stats is a Discord bot and website that show activity statistics for Discord servers (messages, voice, joins and leaves). It is run by [NOM / PSEUDO À COMPLÉTER] ([E-MAIL À COMPLÉTER]). The service is currently free.

2. Accepting these terms

By adding the bot to a server or using the website, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service.

3. Responsibility of the person adding the bot

The person adding the bot to a server confirms they are allowed to do so, and agrees to inform server members that activity statistics are collected (for example in the rules, with a link to the privacy policy).

4. What is not allowed

• Using statistics to harass, monitor or target a person.
• Trying to access statistics of a server you don't manage.
• Overloading, attacking or scraping the service or website.
• Using the service against the law or Discord's rules.

In case of abuse, access to the service may be removed and the bot may leave a server.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but there may be outages, errors or missing data (periods when the bot was offline are shown). The service may be changed or stopped at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made based on the statistics, or for indirect damages related to using the service.

7. Stopping

You can remove the bot from your server at any time. All of that server's data is then deleted automatically after 30 days.

8. Paid features

If paid options are offered one day, their terms will be shown before any payment. Basic statistics will stay free.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the date at the top shows the latest version. They are governed by French law.
